"The Rock Garden of Verse"© was written and drawn by
the late Ms. Vee White in the early 1960's. Ms. White
presented this little book to me in 1965 when I completed my
paleontology courses. Vee always believed that learning
was a fun thing to do and one should have fun doing it.
I am not sure my student lab book was ever as well drawn but
I did enjoyed making it. I know Vee would be pleased to
share her work and her humor with all of you. We at Retread
believe that learning is stimulating and exciting, but more
importantly we try not to take ourselves as seriously as the
subject being studied. We sincerely hope you will chuckle
along with us as you read "The Rock Garden of Verse"
